Bring the clinic and gym to you

At home, the office, or the park — 1-on-1 sessions tailored to your goals, wherever it’s most convenient for you.

Serving San Francisco and most of San Mateo County!

Convenience

Getting to a clinic appointment can be a time-consuming ordeal. Whether it's your home, office, or an appropriate public space, you decide what location works best for you.

Longer Sessions

90-minute evaluations and 60-minute follow-up sessions allow us to get more done. Always 1-on-1 — no aides or assistants.

Experience

Dr. Joe has been practicing physical therapy since 2017, focusing on orthopedics and sports medicine. He played sports (mostly basketball, football, baseball) his entire life and has been weightlifting for over 20 years.

Where traditional PT often falls short, he uses his sports and strength training background to appropriately challenge clients in order to get stronger.

Backed by research: build muscle and strength faster. Dr. Joe is one of the few providers in the San Francisco/Peninsula area that offers this unique, adjunct treatment and the only mobile provider.

Cost Predictability and Transparency

You will never get a surprise bill down the line. Rates are as stated and payments are made at the end of each session. A client described how he once received a bill from a PT company for over $500 for 2 sessions, nearly 2 months after he was discharged.

No Influence from 3rd-Party Payers

Be free from:

  • “2-3 visits/week for 6 weeks (because I need to fill my schedule)”

    • Non-surgical cases typically require 6-8 visits, sometimes fewer

  • “Mill” or “assembly line” experience of getting churned in and out of a clinic

  • Refusal of a certain treatment because it’s not covered by insurance

  • For clients with Medicare, please click here

You and Dr. Joe will collaborate and determine what will work best for you!

How it works

Dr. Joe will bring everything needed for the session, which may include (but is not limited to):

  • Treatment table

If you have a home gym or your own equipment, even better! But all you’re required to bring is a positive mindset — be ready to [RE]BUILD.

“I tried physical therapy in the past but most of the time it felt like I was being put through exercises that felt monotonous. Joe practices powerlifting movements and was able to apply real world experiences with my specific injuries.

With his help, I was able to make a full recovery from my back and knee injuries while regaining full strength in a safe manner…”

[RE]BUILD

“In December 2020, I had shoulder surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff tendon and a labral tear. Years of sports, lifting weights, and the hands-on nature of my profession had finally caught up to me. After surgery I realized I had to ‘start over.’

If you play a sport, love to hit the gym, or just love to be active, chances are you’ve dealt with an injury at some point. You (hopefully) rehabbed your injury, and got back to the activities you enjoy doing.

It’s an ongoing cycle of building and rebuilding. We build up our strength and our capacity for exercise but, should an injury occur, we must rebuild ourselves.

Through physical therapy and performance medicine, I will help you get back to doing what you love or help you continue doing what you love. I will help you [RE]BUILD.”
