Insurance
JMPT does not accept insurance for physical therapy services and is an out-of-network provider. Most clients have a PPO plan that allows them to use out-of-network benefits, and many clients are covered for the majority of their treatment costs by their insurance provider.
A detailed invoice — also known as a Superbill — will be provided to you via e-mail, which you can file with your insurance provider for reimbursement.

cancEllation/no-show policy
If you must cancel an appointment, please do so no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to give a 24-hour notice, or if you no show for your appointment, there will be a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost for that session.
